( Business stalls can only be selling products or services related to children. Must be approved by Market team first )
$10 downpayment required on booking.

Welcome to the Babyjewels Children's Market, we hope that you have a successful and pleasant time.
Before Booking below please read this preceding information  first.


    The Market will run from 11am to 1pm


    Please drive carefully through to your market site. The speed limit is 10kph maximum.  Please unload your vehicle then vehicles need to be parked on Haven Road. Carparks are for visitors.

        Your single site measures 1.5 metres wide x 1.5 metres deep.  Please keep within the boundaries as defined by the markers or gazebo in each corner of the site.


    Your product display or signage must not extend into the walkway. For public safety, portable signs must not be placed in the walkways.


    Please remain on your site until 1 p.m. for public safety vehicles must not move through the Market Area until 1 p.m. Staff can be called in to assist your movement through the market area in an emergency.


    Sites must be vacated by 2p.m.


   Babyjewels Children's Market volunteers wearing Hi Viz jackets are there to assist you to find your site. Main organiser: Tara Jones


    A First Aid kit is available at the information desk which is located at the entrance of the hall.


    Please co-operate with your neighbouring stall holders.


    If any problems with your site or with neighbouring stalls please refer to the information desk at the entrance of the hall.


    IMPORTANT to keep your till float and takings safe at all times.


    At this stage no EFTPOS is available.

   Babyjewels Children's Market has security people on duty. If you suspect that goods have been stolen from your site or if you have concerns about any persons hanging around your site, please see Market Staff in Hi Viz jackets or report this at the information desk in the entrance of the hall.


 Children's toilets are located near the playground to the right of the hall as you face the hall building. Adults must use the toilets located by classrooms with signage.


    Small items of rubbish can be placed in the wheelie bins. You are requested to take home bulky items for disposal in the city waste collection. Our waste bin is limited and for leased areas on the building site. NOTE – cardboard must not be placed in the wheelie bins. No household rubbish please.


    Goods for sale must not be hawked around the Market area; all selling must be done from your own site.


    Pamphlets, flyers, or advertising material cannot be distributed around the Market or placed on vehicles without approval.


    Dogs are not allowed in the Market area without leashes and must be under control.


    Amplified sound is not permitted without approval.


    Raffles are not permitted from stalls except if prior approval has been arranged.


    Sausage sizzles or foodtruck sales are not permitted without approval.


       The Babyjewels Children's Market area is a designated alcohol free area and the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. No smoking is permitted in any part of the buildings.


    Counterfeit or faked goods with pirated brand names protected by local or international Copyrights cannot be sold. You will be asked to leave if you infringe this instruction.


    We cannot guarantee the same site next time you come to the Market.


    Future bookings can be made at the information desk in the hall entrance. Or online.

    You can become a permanent stallholder on application.

    Please leave your site clean, tidy and free of litter before you leave, we appreciate your co-operation.
